"Free" means we will waive the activation fee of up to $4.95. All other fees apply. Offer valid only for qualified customers who pass customer verification. Card will arrive with $0 balance.
$10 credit will be issued within five business days to the card that receives the first direct deposit of $250 or more from an employer or a government agency. Limit one credit per card.
Federal law requires us to obtain, verify and record information that identifies customers before they register a new card. This means that you will need to provide your name, address, date of birth, Social Security Number and other information.
