Fee Schedule
All fees are per transaction unless otherwise noted. All fee amounts will be withdrawn from your Card Account and will be assessed as long as there is a remaining balance on your Card Account, except where prohibited by law. Anytime your remaining Card Account balance is less than the fee amount being assessed, the balance of your Card Account will be applied to the fee amount.

1 An additional Load Fee of $5.00 or less (depending upon retailer) will be charged by the retailer each time funds are loaded on your Card. This amount is an independent fee assessed by the individual retailer only and is not assessed by us.
2 If you qualify for either one of these activities your Weekly Fee will be rebated the following month and will appear on your online monthly statement as "Rebate of Weekly Fees". Otherwise, a Weekly Fee will be deducted from your account every Saturday.
3 If you use an ATM not owned by us for any transaction, including a balance inquiry, you may be charged a fee by the ATM operator even if you do not complete a withdrawal. This ATM fee is a third-party fee amount assessed by the individual ATM operator only and is not assessed by us. This ATM fee amount will be charged to your Card.
4 Using this feature to send money from your Card Account to a recipient without a Vision Premier Prepaid Visa Card is currently unavailable. You may, however, continue to use this feature to send money from your Card Account to a recipient with a Vision Premier Prepaid Visa Card, e.g., Card-to-Card transfers.
5 You must qualify for the overdraft feature and it is subject to our approval.
6 Inactivity is defined as no value loads, no purchase activity or cash withdrawals performed for sixty (60) consecutive days. This does not include fee charges. Your Card will be charged an Inactivity Fee per month with the first occurrence assessed at sixty-one (61) days of inactivity. Thereafter, the Inactivity Fee will be assessed on the first day of each month until activity restarts.
7 If you purchased your Card from a participating retailer, you will qualify for a rebate of the Activation Fee with three (3) direct deposits. To request your Activation Fee rebate, complete the mail-in rebate form available at www.visionprepaid.com or call 1-800-207-1805. If you did not acquire your Card through a participating retailer, this Activation Fee will be deducted from your first cash load.
